Practicing mindfulness meditation, cultivating attitudes of gratitude, forgiveness, lovingkindness and 'Beginner's Mind' are keys to creating a happier, healthier life. In our structured, guided sessions you will learn to shift from "doing" to just "being" in the present moment, non-judgmentally, as a path to learning, growing and finding your calm. Developing self-compassion and learning to anchor in Simple Mindful Moments as a path to greater happiness and tools for living peacefully.
I am a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher (trained @ Brown U. Mindfulness Center) a licensed masters level clinician (MSW, LICSW, MS) sound healer (cert. @ Global Institute, San Francisco), Relaxation Response teacher (trained with Herbert Benson, MD) with many years of experience with mindfulness and meditation for health, healing and deep relaxation.
